The hotel's staff was friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any needs or inquiries we had. the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant place to rest after a long day of exploring. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key tourist attractions and a safe area to walk around in.
One thing that was a bit frustrating was the difficulty taxi drivers had in finding the hotel. the signage for the hotel was small and not easily noticeable, causing some confusion and delays in getting to our destination.

This hotel may not be the most luxurious, but it offers great value for money. The staff goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay, just like Roberto who is described as delightful and attentive. The clean and well-maintained rooms provide all the basic amenities you need, including comfortable beds with plenty of blankets to keep you warm at night. The breakfast, with its eggs cooked to perfection, is simple but sufficient, giving you the fuel you need for your adventures in the city. The hotel's location, slightly away from the busy main plaza, provides a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring or strenuous hikes.
Nothing to improve, everything else was perfect!

We stayed here for three nights before our Machu Picchu trek. The property is clean and well maintained. Roberto was very attentive throughout our stay and let us store our backpacks for 5 days at no cost. The included breakfast is nice with eggs and bread and fruit juice. The personalized attention to our comfort and our ease in the city. Staying with Roberto is one of the best decisions I made that allowed for our very enjoyable time in Cusco. His hotel is run by family and he treats his guest like family too. He was supportive of our trip, from the minute we landed to the second we checked out. Choosing to stay in Hotel Peru Real isn’t just checking in a hotel, it is like going home to family you didn’t know you had.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
